Sheet Metal Fabrication
Kemco maintains a state of the art facility for sheet metal cutting, forming, bending and fabrication. Our large capacity, multi-axis water jet allows precision sheet metal cutting supported by CNC brake presses and shears and we manufacture our own dies for offset forming and other forming applications. In addition, we have substantial experience in value added light assembly operations including hardware installation, riveting, welding and other special processes.
These processes allow us to support our customers in their objectives to move up the bill of materials to save costs and reduce supply chain lead times.
